Robert's Run for Dyslexia is an annual race in Pekin, IL created as a fundraiser for the Dyslexia Awareness Network. For the 5th annual race, I created a logo to be displayed on t-shirts, signage, social media, the swag bags, and the race awards. With dyslexia in mind, I included a stream of jumbled letters and numbers to represent the struggles of dyslexics, but repurposed it as trail that emerges and disappears into space, alluding to a purposeful and resilient path. This represents the trek of the runners as well as a hopeful suggestion to those with dyslexia, that the hard road can be taken and triumphed over.
